You can buy a Pay-As-You-Go pack (₹349 · 65k tokens individual, or ₹4,999 · 1M shared for Enterprise). PAYG tokens are additive — they never expire and do not reset your billing date. You can also rebuy any subscription plan (tokens + billing date reset), or wait for your natural renewal.
Tokens are consumed when you use any translation feature. Paid subscription plans include a monthly token allowance that resets on your billing date (unused subscription tokens do not roll over). Pay-As-You-Go packs never expire and stack on top of your plan. You can use tokens across all modes — text, voice, conversation, image, document, Studio (video/audio), and more. Token consumption varies by feature; e.g. conversation is ~80 tokens/min, and Studio clone packages are ~3,500 tokens/min (video) or ~2,800 tokens/min (audio).
If you use all your tokens before the reset date, buy a Pay-As-You-Go pack (additive, never expire), rebuy any plan to refill (tokens and billing date reset from that payment), upgrade to a higher plan, or wait until your subscription tokens reset on your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Payments are charged monthly or yearly based on your selected billing cycle.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new token allowance. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any charges or credits.
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save 20% compared to monthly billing (equivalent to 2 months free): Starter ₹3,990/yr, Pro ₹8,990/yr, Enterprise ₹49,990/yr. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
The Free trial gives 8,000 tokens for 14 days. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) provide a fixed monthly token allowance that resets each billing period. Pay-As-You-Go packs (₹349 / 65k or Enterprise ₹4,999 / 1M) never expire and add to your balance without resetting billing. You can also rebuy any plan mid-cycle. All options give you access to all modes.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time and it stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee: partial-month refunds are not issued once a monthly period has started, and refunds for the unused remainder of an annual term are reviewed case by case. Consumed tokens and Pay-As-You-Go packs are not refundable.
